From Precision Manufacturing to Integrated Aerospace Capability
Raghu Vamsi Group has developed its position around precision manufacturing for demanding industries where quality, reliability and consistency are critical. The group operates through five business segments: Advanced Materials, Precision OEM Manufacturing, Mission Systems & Propulsion, Deep Tech & Autonomous Systems, and Aircraft Systems & MRO.
Its established manufacturing operations support global customers with a diverse range of engineering capabilities. These include high-precision machining, sheet-metal fabrication, composite manufacturing, electronics, gears, fasteners and specialised processes. The group is AS9100D and NADCAP certified, reflecting its focus on quality systems and aerospace-specific manufacturing standards.
The company’s growth strategy is now extending beyond conventional precision manufacturing. Through its Advanced Materials business, Raghu Vamsi Group is developing capabilities in aerospace superalloys, materials that are essential for components operating under demanding temperature and performance conditions.
At the same time, its Deep Tech & Autonomous Systems business is focused on emerging technologies, including unmanned platforms and indigenous micro turbojet propulsion. Together, these initiatives position the group across multiple layers of the aerospace value chain from materials and components to systems and advanced platforms.
Strengthening Global Business Relationships
Raghu Vamsi Group’s international ambitions are also reflected in its presence across India, the United Kingdom and the United States. The group supplies customers in global aerospace and defence markets while continuing to expand its manufacturing footprint in Hyderabad.
In September 2026, the company appointed Amit Pathak as Group Chief Business Officer to lead commercial strategy and growth across its five business segments. Pathak brings 27 years of aerospace and defence experience, including leadership roles at Honeywell, Cobham, Pratt & Whitney and Collins Aerospace. His background across engineering, sales, business development, strategy and programme management adds extensive customer-side industry experience to the group’s growth plans.
The group is also commissioning a new integrated campus near Hyderabad’s international airport, strengthening its infrastructure as it scales its capabilities.
A Broader Vision for Aerospace & Defence
Raghu Vamsi Group’s evolution reflects the changing nature of India’s aerospace and defence manufacturing ecosystem. By combining precision engineering with advanced materials, mission systems, propulsion and autonomous technologies, the company is building a more comprehensive platform for global customers.
As international aerospace and defence companies continue to expand their Indian supply chains, Raghu Vamsi Group is positioning itself to participate across a wider range of programmes and technologies. Its focus on manufacturing depth, engineering capabilities and international partnerships provides the foundation for its next stage of development one aimed at contributing to India’s growing role in the global aerospace and defence industry.
