e-con Systems®, a global provider of embedded vision solutions, is set to showcase its latest camera and AI-powered imaging technologies at VISION 2026, scheduled for October 6–8, 2026, at Messe Stuttgart, Germany. At Booth #10H60, the company will present live demonstrations of its latest solutions designed for robotics, mobility, humanoids and intelligent transportation systems. A key highlight will be the debut of NetraVis, an active-stereo 3D depth camera developed for high-accuracy robotic perception.

Advanced 3D Vision for Robotics
Among the major attractions at the exhibition will be NetraVis, e-con Systems’ new active-stereo 3D depth camera. Designed for demanding robotic applications, the camera delivers depth precision with a deviation of ≤1% across depth ranges.
NetraVis combines dual global-shutter sensors, a synchronized RGB sensor and an onboard IMU to support accurate spatial perception and real-time decision-making. The solution is aimed at applications including Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems (ASRS), humanoid robots and pick-and-place systems.
With robots increasingly required to operate safely and efficiently in dynamic environments, accurate depth information plays an important role in obstacle detection, navigation and object handling. NetraVis is designed to address these requirements through a compact, integrated vision platform.

Heated Optics for Challenging Environments
e-con Systems will also demonstrate its STURDeCAM31FSH, a rugged GMSL-based camera featuring heated optics technology. Developed for mobility and outdoor applications, the camera is designed to maintain clear imaging during rapid temperature changes.
Its integrated lens heater can de-ice the optics down to −40°C while helping prevent condensation. This capability is particularly relevant for autonomous vehicles, AMRs, cold-storage robots and ASRS applications operating in environments where freezing temperatures and changing conditions can affect camera performance.

AI-Powered Vision for Intelligent Transportation
The company will further highlight its Edge AI ALPR Camera and Turret Camera solution, demonstrating applications in smart traffic monitoring and enforcement. The system enables live number plate recognition and real-time pedestrian detection in designated risk zones.
The solution integrates with e-con Systems’ Intelligent Transportation Systems software suite and CloVis Central™, its cloud-based device management platform. Together, these technologies support remote device management and evidence management for scalable traffic monitoring deployments.

Building Complete Embedded Vision Solutions
The demonstrations at VISION 2026 reflect e-con Systems’ approach of combining imaging hardware, optics, edge AI processing and software integration for application-specific requirements. With more than two decades of experience, the company develops embedded vision products ranging from MIPI camera modules and GMSL cameras to depth, USB, GigE, HDR and low-light cameras, as well as edge AI computing platforms.
The company states that its cameras are embedded in more than 350 customer products and that it has shipped over two million cameras across international markets.
At VISION 2026, visitors will have the opportunity to experience these technologies through live demonstrations and discuss their specific vision requirements with e-con Systems’ experts.
