Richard Weber hands over operational leadership to Pascal Forrer
The REGO-FIX Group announces a planned transition in its executive management:
As of January 1, 2026, Richard Weber, long-standing CEO of REGO-FIX AG, will hand
over operational leadership to Pascal Forrer.
Following a careful evaluation process, the Board of Directors unanimously appointed
Pascal Forrer as the new CEO. Pascal Forrer has been with REGO-FIX since 2018, where he
has been responsible for strengthening the company’s international focus in marketing and
sales. With more than 20 years of experience in the machining industry and a strong
market-driven approach, he has made a significant contribution to the sustainable global
growth of the REGO-FIX Group. His appointment as CEO is the result of a long-term
succession plan and underlines REGO-FIX’s commitment to continuity and sustainable
leadership.
As of 2026, Richard Weber will assume the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors,
focusing on the strategic direction of the REGO-FIX Group. Together with his brothers Andreas
and Stefan Weber, both members of the Board of Directors, he will continue to take responsibility for the family-owned company.
The long-standing and trust-based collaboration between Richard Weber and Pascal Forrer
will continue to ensure a close alignment between strategic and operational leadership
in the future.
